Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@goodluuk.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return the item following our return policy once it arrives.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We accept returns for reasons including but not limited to: incorrect product, wrong color, quality issues, or discomfort while wearing. If none of these apply, we also offer returns with no specific reason required, as long as the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@goodluuk.com to initiate a return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided shipping label.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gifts or promotional items
• Products with special lenses (e.g., custom lenses, high prescription lenses)
