We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us atsupport@goodluuk.com to start a return. We’ll cover the return shipping, and issue a full refund once we receive the item.

We know every face is unique, so we provide detailed size information for each frame model. Our frame sizes are specified with three consecutive numbers: lens width, bridge width, and temple length, all measured in millimeters.

For example: 50-20-135. This means the lens width is 50mm, the bridge width is 20mm, and the temple length is 135mm.
