Standard delivery takes 5-10 days, with an additional 1-3 days required to prepare prescription glasses.

We know every face is unique, so we provide detailed size information for each frame model. Our frame sizes are specified with three consecutive numbers: lens width, bridge width, and temple length, all measured in millimeters.

For example: 50-20-135. This means the lens width is 50mm, the bridge width is 20mm, and the temple length is 135mm.

You can upload your prescription on the lens selection page after choosing your frame. There are three options: manual entry, uploading an electronic prescription, or sending it to us via email later.

Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges and return-related shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted where applicable. Eligibility, exclusions, and refund amounts are governed by our Refund Policy.

As long as your FSA or HSA is affiliated with a major credit card, we can accept FSA or HSA dollars for Prescription eyeglasses (including progressives, readers, blue-light-filtering lenses, and light-responsive lenses).

Yes, absolutely! While we currently do not work directly with insurance providers, you can use an itemized invoice from us to submit a reimbursement claim to your insurance company. If you need an itemized receipt, please contact our customer support team at support@goodluuk.com after your purchase, and we’ll provide it promptly.
