Return & Exchange Policy

At GOODLUUK, we want you to shop with confidence. Because prescription eyewear is customized for each customer, return eligibility and refund amounts vary depending on the time elapsed since delivery and the condition of the returned item.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Within 14 Days of Delivery

  • Return for Refund: Eligible for a full product refund. Original shipping charges and any return-related shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted where applicable.
  • Exchange: Eligible for a one-time exchange for eyewear of equal or lesser value.

15 to 45 Days After Delivery

  • Return for Partial Refund: Eligible for a partial refund of 70% of the lens value and 80% of the frame value. Original shipping charges and any return-related shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted where applicable.
  • Exchange: Eligible for a one-time exchange for eyewear of equal or lesser value.

After 45 Days

  • Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

2. Customized Prescription Products

Prescription lenses and other customized optical products are made specifically to the prescription and configuration provided with your order. Because these items are personalized, they are generally not eligible for the same return treatment as standard non-custom products.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, GOODLUUK reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost incurred from the total refund amount.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be returned in new and unworn condition, together with all original accessories and packaging, including but not limited to the case, cloth, inserts, and any promotional packaging included with the order.

5. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are limited to replacement eyewear of equal or lesser value. If you select a replacement item with a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. Exchange availability is subject to product availability at the time the exchange is processed.

6. Non-Returnable / Limited-Eligibility Orders

The following orders may not qualify for full refund or exchange coverage:

  • Orders containing three (3) or more pairs purchased in a single order or under bulk / promotional purchase conditions;
  • Orders affected by incorrect prescription information provided by the customer;
  • Orders affected by an incorrect shipping address or other inaccurate customer-submitted order information;
  • Products returned in used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition.

7. Refund Processing

Once an approved return package is received and scanned by the carrier, GOODLUUK will generally begin processing the refund within 48 hours. Please note that final refund posting times depend on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider, and may vary.

8. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact support@goodluuk.com and include your order number and reason for the request. Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

9. Right to Refuse

GOODLUUK reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy, including requests involving missing items, signs of wear, product damage caused after delivery, or inaccurate order information provided by the customer.
