Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping at GOODLUUK. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

1. 30-Day Request Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible.

2. Resolution by Return Reason

  • Product quality issue: If the frame or eyewear has a verified product quality issue, you are eligible for a full refund. The $7.90 return-shipping deduction does not apply.
  • Frame size or fit issue: If the frame size or fit is unsuitable, you are eligible for a full refund. The $7.90 return-shipping deduction does not apply.
  • Style or design preference: If you do not like the style, design, color, or overall look, you may request a return or exchange. A $7.90 return-shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

3. Orders With Lenses Valued Over $70

When the lens value in an order exceeds $70, the order is not eligible for return or exchange for reasons unrelated to product quality. This restriction does not affect claims involving a verified product quality issue.

4. Multi-Pair Orders

For a single order containing multiple pairs, if three (3) or more pairs are returned, a handling fee equal to 30% of the value of the returned items will be deducted from the refund. This fee applies only to the returned-item value, not to items the customer keeps.

5. Return Condition

Returned products must be in their original condition and include the original case, cleaning cloth, accessories, inserts, and packaging. Products showing damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper care, or missing components may be refused.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email support@goodluuk.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) involved, the reason for the request, and clear photos when reporting a quality issue. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Any applicable $7.90 return-shipping fee or 30% multi-pair handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a verified product quality issue.

8. One-Time Free Lens Remake

If prescription eyewear purchased from GOODLUUK feels uncomfortable to wear, you may request one complimentary lens remake within 30 days after delivery. This service is limited to one free remake per eligible order. Please contact support@goodluuk.com with your order number and a description of the discomfort so our optical support team can review the lens configuration and arrange the remake.

9. Promotion and Legal Exceptions

If a specific promotion or product page clearly states that an item is final sale or has stricter return terms, those disclosed terms apply to that purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
