Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, and Spain. Fast delivery takes 7-14 days. (Includes lens customization time.)

Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GOODLUUK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GOODLUUK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently ship to select international locations. Please check the availability at checkout. International shipping rates and times vary by destination.
